Home-Grown Alternatives

Bermuda's Premier Shopping Event that focuses on quality Bermuda-made Arts and Crafts.

It is with great sadness that this year’s craft market, which would have been our 25th year, has been cancelled for Saturday, December 5th due to the guidelines and restrictions for keeping everyone safe from Covid -19. If you would like to buy from your favorite vendor you can contact them via email using the form in the get in touch section or find their name under the participants tab and click on their link.

Next year 2021 has been booked for Saturday December 4th, never too early to mark your calendars!

Welcome to Home-Grown Alternatives

Bermuda’s premier Arts and Crafts shopping event that focuses on selling high quality products made by hand in Bermuda and or embellished in Bermuda.
The first Home-Grown Alternatives (HGA) event was held in the Admiralty House Ball Room on a blustery rainy Saturday in November of 1995. There was a total of 18 vendors.
In 1998 the number of vendors increased to 28 and moved to St. Paul’s Hall in Paget which has now become the home of HGA. There is ample free parking, centrally located with wheel chair access.
